Returns

If any items are received in a damaged condition then please return any unwanted goods within 7 days of purchasing and a replacement/ full refund will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of the goods.

Please note that all these items are handmade, so may not be perfectly symmetrical like the mass produced goods you can buy down your local high street. This also makes every item we sell completely unique to your purchase, so you will own a piece of Peruvian treasure like no other!
